The role

Vocalmeet is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Representative to drive the growth of our enterprise learning management systems (LMS) and association management platforms (AMS). The successful candidate will play a key role in building and nurturing client relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and closing high-value deals.

As a critical part of our sales team, this individual will focus on:

  • Conducting Introductory Meetings: Engaging with leads provided by our call center, introducing Vocalmeet’s solutions to prospective clients.
  • Leading Platform Demonstrations: Providing thorough and engaging demonstrations of Vocalmeet’s LMS and AMS platforms, tailored to the specific needs of each prospect.
  • Follow-ups and Relationship Building: Maintaining consistent communication with prospects, building long-term relationships, and ensuring high levels of engagement through the sales cycle.
  • Closing Deals: Negotiating terms and securing contracts to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall growth objectives.

 

About you

You have a sales background with excellent communication, prioritization and problem solving skills:

  • You know how to engage prospects: You enjoy to reach out to prospects and engage them in meaningful discussions.
  • You love to connect via phone: You know how to make good phone calls.
  • You’re an educator: Explaining online technology is no problem.
  • You like business automation: You understand online technology.
  • Super organized: To the point of compulsion.
  • Ability to work heads down and maintain high productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Build strong client relationships to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transitions from sales to implementation.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to Vocalmeet’s enterprise growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in enterprise software solutions.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals and meeting sales quotas.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage at senior levels.
  • Experience in LMS, AMS, or related fields is a strong asset.
